Made in the Northern Adirondacks of New York, Lashway's Flat Rock Maples provides its maple products with distinct purity and perfection. From the maple tree to your table, we hold nothing but high standards for our syrup quality.
With approximately 2,300 sugar maples tapped; we sample, grade and barrel our syrup. Each grade of syrup providing it's own distinct taste. We strive to make the littlest impact on our trees by using "tree saver spouts" which allows our trees to heal quickly and properly after a season of tapping.
Tapping and boiling season starts up between February 1st and March 1st, depending greatly on weather conditions.
